I bet he is stuffed and still licking his chops - all I can say is if your going to scarf down someone's food - Pancakes sounds pretty yummy to me !
I didn't see your post till now - but I bet if anything he gets a sugar high - if you see him bouncing off the walls acting totally silly - it could be from the sugar ? my son used to do that and watch out -
