I have a male and got him neutered when he was 7 mths old. Still at 8 mths he pees like a girl, by squatting. His thingy which I call his red rocket only comes out when he get let out of his crate from being in there for a period of time. but it has never fully came out on the tip of his red rocket comes out. I have never had it become stuck out. From my understanding that isn't that common. I love my little man! Most dogs red rocket comes out everytime that they become excited. But my little guys doesn't just when he doesn't see me or my husband for a long period of time and is excited when he actually gets to see one of us!!!
