I love the boys. I think they are more clingy then girls, this is my opinion based on the two boys I had as compared to the girls I have. My biggest issue with boys is the lifting of the leg. I think if they are neutered as young as possible it usually will not happen, but I have to say in my experience it does sometimes still happen, depending on the dog. My older boy who passed at 10 yrs. old of cancer, NEVER lifted in the house. He was neutered at 5 or 6 months old. Now, Beans who is going to be two in March, lifts his leg on the wall. He was also neutered at six months of age, so I really think it depends on the individual dog. Elaine |
