I know you can appeal a decision, but suspensions are rarely reversed. This lady in particular only got a 6 month suspension, which is mostly a "slap on the wrist". Of course, I am not keeping a list of active suspensions, just all suspensions. I don't have the time to sort through and update which ones are still suspended or already over. I think if a person has been suspended in the past, it's important to know. But, until the AKC takes it upon themselves to keep their own list / database, it's up to people like me to keep a running list. Maybe I'll contact the AKC about making an "official" list.
