Thanks for your response...I have used it, but it is sooooooooooooo expensive...If I could fit it in my budget, I would...I think they use some kind of a high pressure procedure, that actually squeezes all the air, along w/any bacteria out of the product, w/o changing the shape, size or texture of the original product...Probably an expensive procedure, beyond just producting the food...
