this is a good program to size - 'PixResizer' is a great simple program - just set it to 400 pixels and it does the work for you _ CLICK where it says if your download doesn't work - CLICK HERE - cause there are other downloads and people can easily pick the wrong one on these sites

If you're new to computers -All you have to remember is WHERE you save your sized pictures - I normally make a new folder for any resized pics and save them there it does re-name too so you know it's a sized photo YUP it worked great

Its a ONE WINDOW program - I attached a screen shot for you to see

what I really like is you can do batch sizing - (like up to 100 photos at once) but you need 2 folders to do that and I can help you if you need
