I see parti carriers for sale on limited reg for pet only homes. Why charge anymore for a parti carrier solely cuz its carrying the parti gene when the dog cannot be shown or bred?

I understand maybe mentioning it because the pup may have more white on it, but I still dont even get why to advertise its a carrier?

I just dont get it.
