YT members posing as ethical breeders has always been a great concern of mine when I post welcomes and see that someone is looking for a little Yorkie. There is a thread by fasteddie ( http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...e-breeder.html) that I post on a newbie's page if they want to purchase a Yorkie from someone here on YT. Caution also needs to be used when adopting from a rescue. Puppy mills have been known to pose as a rescue. OP, I do hope that you stick around and help expose unethical breeders that are members of YT. You mentioned a couple members from Missouri and Oklahoma. Big surprise there. Half expected KS to be one of them. We're also know for our lax laws. ~Joanne~
