Yes I sorta feel bad...but not too....I was thinking of the dog's welfare. Someone had dumped a little daushound in the night drop as a surrender also when I got there and the poor little thing was shaking like leaf she was terrified. It brought me to tears.....I was ready to scoop her up too...poor little thing.
How can people just dump their pets like garbage......oh don't get me started!
