That's how I figure it, I thought most states had laws stricter than that. For most large breeds 6 weeks isn't bad, but it's really bad for Yorkies, 5 week, I don't even know if they've stopped nursing yet. This is horrible.

My breeder wouldn't let my puppy go until she was 16 weeks. Any earlier than that and they run the risk of getting sick, and they need to stay with their mothers as long as possible. That's sick to let these babies go this early...
