So sad...that such ignorance is allowed to care for puppies. This logic (or lack thereof) is the reason for the over-population issues, not to mention to blame for many deaths and chronic health problems. My Jasper was let go at 8 weeks, my vet said even that was too young for a Yorkie. We can only hope and pray they are given to good homes with someone to care for them 24-7.
