Bella my three month old does this. In the morning her stomach will sound like thunder and it will go on forever but she is so happy and excited that everyone is up she won't take time out to eat breakfast. I try sitting beside her and her food but she will just play with it. If it goes on for awhile and i can't stand the noise i give her some Nutrapet (i think it's the Canadian version of Nutra cal)
and her stomach usually stops a little and eventually she'll go and eat.
