It is normal for puppies at this age to have sooo ... soooo poop.
Pyrantel is mild and gets rid of most but not all parasites.
Tape worms and giardia or coccidia are not eliminated with pyrantel.
You want to see a "log" most of the time, we call it "completely formed" stool.
But the change from been separated from mom or no longer allowed to nurse is enough to cause a soft stool.
If you suspect parasites you can use the "panacur" which is a more complete de-wormer given over the course of 3 to 5 days or consider do a fecal exam ...
Nursing puppies have a "sticky " goooey like poo, but it should get firmer and firmer as they are weaned, and mom then stops "eating that " poo as it gets harder.
I would wait a few more days and keep my eyes on it... if it starts to run... or look like diarrhea then i would consider taking to a fecal.
