Aw poor baby
. He may be a little dehydrated (needing more water w/ the higher protein) if he is constipated. Is he liking this food otherwise? You could try moistening the kibble, but then you don't want to leave it sitting out. Or, you could switch to more moderate protein.
If you have diaper cream or cortisone cream, you can put that on his little bum, to help w/ the irritation.
Is the eye discharge greenish and/or does it have an odor? If yes, could be an eye infection....where you'd need prescription eye ointment.
