I'm a little leery of the CEO's statement "A consumer complaint..." - it's never been my experience that a pet food company (or any company, really?) takes much action after a single consumer complaint...? If I'm incorrect, then I'm glad they took action after 1 complaint....but I wonder if there is much more to this story...
