When my Peek a Boo acts as if he's having difficulty with pooping, I add 5-6 green beans to his meals. Seems to really help get things moving for him. I'm glad your little Pixie is feeling better. If she gets gassy, you could give her some Mylecon drops for infants, I use this too... keep it on hand for bloating, upset tummy. It contains simethicone, which really dissipates gas very quickly.
