Cannot be split. They are capsules so it would be impossible to get the correct dosage.
I do think you might find it somewhere else cheaper, though.
Do you mean she is taking 1 mg IN 1.25 ml? or are you confusing mg and ml?
How many mg are in each ml and how many ml are in the bottle?
