Have you ever cooked a turkeyy breast side down? You cook it over night at 225 degrees and place it in the pan breast side down. No stuffing put your onions and celery on the bottom of the roasting pan just like normal. I put it on about 9 pm and by 10 am the next morning it is done. for a 12-15 pound bird. The white meat is very moist and not dry casue it was in all tthe juice from the turkey. Will drive your family crazy smelling it cook all night |
