We had today off and we have tomorrow off too. Apparently Gov. Christie has declared a State of Emergency. Our road dpt. ran out of road salt a while ago...and said they wouldn't be able to get more this season. But that issue has been addressed, it seems, and they are back in business.
The snow itself isn't TOO high (about a foot and a half so far), but the banks are HUGE. almost as tall as me (I'm 5'3").
I was just outside playing in it for a little while.
It's the PERFECT snow for a snowman. Tomorrow is going to be awesome.
But while I was out there a chunk of ice/snow fell off the tree and hit me in the head and now I have a headache.
They're prediciting another snowstorm Sun/Mon/Tue. We'll see what happens.
