i agree egg whites if doing alot as the yolk is very high in fat and the doctor freaked out when my grandma who had pancreatitis twice told him she was eating an egg every day he said NO EGG as they are high in fat and since this breed is prone to pancreatitis I would strongly recommend just using the egg whites which is the protein if doing long term.

Has your dog been bile acid tested since a picky eater?
