IDK if it's exactly what you're looking for. On your mail page, on the far right hand side, near the top is an "Options" icon, click. a drop down menu appears with "themes, etc" also "more Options", click on "more options" and a page comes up with "Manage Your Account", "Junk Email", etc. Under "Junk Mail" is a category "Safe and Blocked Senders". In that category are several ways to manage your emails, including Safe Senders, Safe mailing lists and Blocked Senders.
