You have to go to the website, and look in your junk folder and if you see a name that shouldn't be there, put a check mark by it, and go towards the top of the page, select "not junk". They may ask you if you want this added to your "safe" list, or they may do it automatically. It should then show up in your in box.
Or you can just take someone's address and manually add it to the list, but you have to go through several steps to find the list. Can't remember what they all are now, they're always changing them.
