No breeders or vets recommend Lepto now..took years to change it..and it does depend on your area..but most do not give corona any longer. Lots of canine flu here.. parvo can flair at times..best to be up to date on area problems and where your pups will live.
What I do for my adults is totally different then pups..infact I do not give annual vaccine to adults over 2..haven't in 20 yrs. I do give parvo if there is a flair up and I am showing...but that is very infrequently.
More Yorkies have problems with flu, parvo and bordatella then distemper, hepetitis etc...Best wishes in whatever you decide.
