Default us too?????

We took our dog Matise to the vet yesterday because he was vomiting for no apparent reason. Matise is 7 1/2 months old. The vet said that maybe we should have the blood test run and the liver bile test too. He thinks he is too skinny possibly due to a liver shunt. We are devasted. We just had to have surgery on him because he had undescended testicals. So we are very worried if he will have to have surgery again. We don't know anything about this and I have been researching this liver shunt/ portal shunt on the internet. You said that you had to have a test after you had your dog fast and then after he ate- how much did that cost, we are going to have to have that test on tues. probably. I also heard that prescription diet u/d is what they use because it is lower in protein. I hope that your dog is well and does well. Thanks for any information you can send.
