Puppies at this age can have gypoglycemic episodes. I would ask your breeder how many meals this puppy is being fed; should be 4 to 5 at this young age. A late night meal given at bedtimes and food & water available through the night.

No, these attacks are not a sign of shunt.......However, I would ask if this pup's parents were bile acid tested.....ask if this is this is their first litter and if not, ask for contact numbers of where those previous pups were placed.
