i agree in going at least once a year but shots are no longer yearly they are every 3 years unless your dog is in an area where rabies is required yearly. The every 3 years is after the one year booster though

I like to do blood work, fecal and urine once a year so if anything is wrong they can catch it early on. When i do blood work i have titers done for parvo distemper to avoid having to over vaccinate.
