My 13 year old was just doing that last week, and walking a bit stiff. I checked his anal glands, they were only very slightly filled, but I expressed them anyway. That did it! Arched back gone, walking normally and a bit of running. One happy boy!
Of course, if that isn't her problem, it could be a number of things, best to see your vet as they can test to see what the problem is.
