Yellow usually means bile. I had an older girl do this when her belly was empty. If for what ever reason...she wasn't eating right...she would vomit the yellow stuff.
Make sure she eats at least three small meals throughout the day. If this doesn't help...a vet visit is more then likely in order to make sure it isn't something serious.
