First of all you have to notify the breeder and give them a chance to make it right. If this fails contact the BBB, they can at times mediate between the parties, If that fails, contact the Attorney General they also will mediate between the two parties. If this fails, file in small claims court. All of this is done in the county of the breeder.
If you follow these steps you will be able to show the courts you have tried in good faith several times, to resolve this.
Review the breeder where ever allowed and on Rip off report. People will continue to buy from this breeder unless they are informed.
