If she bought the dog in California, the small claims court the complaint is filed in is where/the county where the breeder lives (where the purchase took place). If the dog was bought in another state, she will have to find out about that state's laws.
Notify the BBB, the city attorney, and identify where the breeder is located for additional help from those of us in California. |
