I do not believe either is wrong or right.
Because I could not decide who made more sense regarding protein levels...I go with a middle of the road protein level.
Acana is around 33%
Orijen is about 42%
Some foods like Natural Balance "Ultra Premium" are about 23%
PS Eating poop at 6 months seems to be common-LOL
