I am very interested to see how this goes! I am an aspiring breeder and therefore don't know nearly as much as some of these other amazingly knowledgable members. I do know that Biewers are Yorkies, not mutts with high price tags. Biewers simply have a different gene that accounts for the white coloring.
I'm sorry that you are irritated by those who breed Biewers.
I have one myself and hope to acquire many more to breed one day. The thing that I don't understand is that you are irritated because you are trying to breed Yorkies by AKC standards and Biewers are not even AKC recognized. Biewers too have set standards and those who breed them follow them just as you follow those set by AKC for your little ones.
