Wanted to update everybody on Timmy's adoption. I spoke to the foster mom and she had talked to over 40 applicants and she said she didn't like any of them so far.....then she talked to me and said she really liked me. I was very hopeful after our conversation and she said she had to talk it over with her husband. Well, she emailed me a couple days later and decided to go with a couple that both worked part time (she had told me that she would prefer someone who didn't work at all and could be home with him all day). I was bummed bc he would only be left alone M-Thurs for a max of two hours and Gizmo would be there with him too. But as long as he's in a good home I'm happy for him. It just seems like I am having a very hard time finding a yorkie-mix rescue to adopt in my area. DH keeps telling me that we will find Gizmo a brother it must not be the right time yet. In the mean time I will keep looking!
