You state you want a healthy puppy, and you have received some excellent advice on finding one-find a reputable breeder. Buying a dog doesn't follow the "You get what you pay for rules". You can find some ridiculously high priced for puppies from mills.
I promise spending time finding an excellent, reputable breeder, will give you more time with your pup.
