Exactly! The odds of getting a puppy who carries "genetic time bombs" are much, much higher than a puppy from a reputable breeder who knows her lines are free from genetic problems many generations back and carefully screens all dogs she plans to breed with extensive health testing.
You are taking a huge gamble on the future health of your Yorkie if you don't get a puppy from a reputable breeder.
