The nice landlord paid half of the electric bill because something is wrong with the unit so mommy was able to pay the internet bill. So we have internet at least for another month. We love all our friends at YT.

Great! I bet your landlord wasn't happy!
We have rentals and there was a water line that busted that we didn't know about (underground). Our water company bills like a month and a half behind so we ended up getting TWO bills that were in the 600-800 range. There was no way our tenant was at fault so we had to foot the bill (we did get them cut down to like 200ish each though)... not a fun day in our house.
But its fixed! YAY
