| Thank You. There is no way I would give her back to them. I also thought that when I last read some of the Calif. Lemon Law links, I saw that you could get up to the amount and 1/2 of what was paid for the puppy in vet bills. I figured I should send her a letter and ask for what I want and if she doesn't pay me I will take her to small claims. Quote:

I believe you deserve the money back for the medical care but be careful because if that money exceeds the amount of the dog she can request the dog back, I dont know about you but , there was NO WAY I could have parted with my dog , not even after a few days I was in love with her... I hope you get some of the vet money back... and I pray your baby is better soon... Im very sorry you got screwed out of your money too!! |
