As a groomer I tell you that no question is rude. I think you should get exactly what you want an you are paying for. I would take a picture with notes and the groomer should get very close to what the picture looks like it is a little difficult since you are not looking at all angles. The picture is a good idea because most groomers have there own idea of the cut you are asking for. If you ask for a teddy face, a puppy cut to some is a baby face or something else so pictures are good.
