However like someone else said sometimes it takes a few cuts before they get exactly what you want... I will just tell them the next time, the last cut was good but tip the ears more, or cut the legs shorter, etc.
The only thing I do NOT tolerate is hurting my dog, if you are very rough with them thats it, you got your chance, your done.

I agree. If they would hurt Ella i'd never come back. She's had 2 chances to please me w/ the cut and didn't. I just think it's time to take my business elsewhere. =]
