I ask all kinds of questions before I use a new groomer.
However like someone else said sometimes it takes a few cuts before they get exactly what you want... I will just tell them the next time, the last cut was good but tip the ears more, or cut the legs shorter, etc.
The only thing I do NOT tolerate is hurting my dog, if you are very rough with them thats it, you got your chance, your done.
If the cut isnt exactly right we can work on that the next time!
