Is this a new law by chance? I have lived in VA my whole life and just heard of this! How bad is that?
I also notice in our local papers and online classifieds that there are several pups going for 6 weeks and all.. is it only on certain breeds or all of them?
I ask if its a new law also cause Daphne will be 4 in Jan. and we got her when she was 6 weeks old! (back in 2002)
