I live at the Jersey Shore-lots of swamp land around here!! Probably wouldn't even raise any eyebrows around here if they saw you draggin' something off into the swamp. If anyone asked, just tell them 'He was stealing my water from the hose' and they would probably help you dig! (BTW-I lived in Westfield for a while, sneril13. Right between Summit and Clark. V have you checked to see if there is an electric cord going from your house to theirs? Or dribbles of gas in the driveway where he's been syphoning from your car? I wouldn't be surprised!
Perhaps you should tell him that since you've been payin for trash removal for the last couple of years that he should pay for the next two.
If he refuses, we'll just send Sylvan & Tess down there with a Costco-sized can of Whoop A$$!!!
