I'd have to go with my smile. When I'm feeling yucky, I force myself to smile, and it really does make a difference. Especially when someone isn't expecting a smile and smiles back! (Remember I'm in Jersey, so most people aren't expecting random smiles!)
As I was reading all the answers, it was like going down memory lane! I remember when I had a tummy not a belly, hip bones not hips, breasts not boobs, heiny not butt, etc.
In my minds eye, I'm still 26 years old, so I surprise myself somtimes when I look in the mirror and see a middle-aged woman!
BTW - My BF had reduction surgery and very highly recommends it! She's suggested that after they have children, all 3 of her daughters should do it. She keeps telling me (a 40DDD) to do it, but I'm too chicken. After all she did give birth to twins, so what's a little surgery to her...
