Normally coccidia is very treatable but the Sarcoptic Mange is HORRIBLE and very hard to get rid of - it makes dogs miserable and can be contagious to everyone in your family.
Please read up on treatment - I knew someone who had to deal with it and it was a nightmare...I think you'll have to treat your home too
That breeder does suck ! I don't know what you can do except document every single thing and keep after them - they'll probably start ignoring you though......
all the best - that poor little puppy - if she has all this - chances are all the puppies coming from her do and that's where you can really help if you get someone to listen. IF She cares - she would help you with your vet bills - but many will wash their hands of you after the sale.
