When Remy is groomed, I am actually with him the entire time. As he is being trimmed Hannah will literally ask me - do you want this off, how short do you want this area? He is never out of my sight, he never waits in a cage. These were all requirements when I chose my groomer.
That's how it should be. You should be there while your dog is getting groomed and look at what they are doing. I don't understand why people leave their dogs at the groomer...
