We are NOT USDA licensed as you say. Where did you see or hear about that? We refuse to sell in fleamarkets or to petstores so there would be no need for that. We are not a commercial breeder. There recently was a state law passed requiring breeders to have state inspections, and when we called to see about having it done, the inspector's office told us they didn't even have the funds to hire additional inspectors yet.
