not at all thats one of the first thing i did when i got her was gave her a nice combing and then a bath then combed her again ryte after then i combed her everyday until we brought her there. My friends g.f that works there told me that they probably f'ed up really bad on her hair so they shaved her bottom half. I was so pissed i felt like choking the girl as shes telling me oh well there was some matting and then i said well if there was matting why was nothing said when i walked in and you started combing her out... i didnt get a straight answer for that one so i took my dog and walked out told them to shove the bill
