Welcome to YT! I have read a few times that if you put a little
crushed pineapple in with their food that it is suppose to make
it less appealing. I never had the problem though so I don't know
how the success rate is. Otherwise I have seen some that watch
the puppy like a hawk and when it goes poo they spray the bitter
apple spray on it and let them actually go for it and once they
have the negative taste experience they usually stop with that
bad habit. As far as potty training how old is your little one? You
have to understand that he is in an entirely different evironment
now and just because he was maybe potty pad trained at the
breeders house that mean nothing now. It takes patience, consistancy
and lots of love. Also if he is just a wee little guy you can't have
unreal expectations. It takes time...these babies are very cute
but they are a lot of work too. I know when we got Teddy I was
up with him every few hours taking him out just like he was a new
born baby.
