I wouldn't let it go that easy. Get a note from the vet, if he will do it for you
that says the cut is due to scissors. Present it to the manager and demand
a complete refund and find another groomer. Juicy is lucky compared to some
other horror stories I've read regarding Petco. I hope you can find another
groomer that's honest or learn to groom her yourself. It's not that hard,
