I happen to have a Yorkie that won't hold still for the groomer, so I do understand that accidents happen.....however, it is the way that this accident was handled that is upsetting to me. Why can't people just admit they have made a mistake and apologize? If this requires a vet visit, they should definitely offer to pay.......I wonder if this lack of personal customer service is a reflection of dealing with a large chain, or if other people have had problems with their 'small business' groomers as well? In any case, I would never go there again......
